Well, first off, its like IRC's FServ. While you are away, you can let your contacts leech files off you, instead of you having to send it to them, the plugin does it. They can't go out of the root directory unless it is a sub-directory in the root directory. This is a great plugin, I tested it before it was released..a brief testing as you can't exactly find any bugs with one person...and I had to go.
