The 'OBS'-thing - in danish this means 'Oplysninger til Borgere om Samfundet' (Information to the citizens about the society) so if Plus! is in the society its great but normally OBS is published by the goverment to inform the citizens how to protect themself against firedamage, theifs, different kinds of diseases etc - not that the current Plus! has a function that is only available in english
I would use the word 'Bemærk' (danish) instead of 'OBS' - of course if 'OBS' isn't 'Oplysninger til Borgere om Samfundet' in Norway its great but I think it is
