I hadn't noticed the date, but I did check out the keys, and I had them. However, now you mention it, the keys point to C:\Program Files\Messenger\msgsc.dll which is a DLL required by Windows Messenger. Since you use Win98SE you don't have that one.
That doesn't mean the post is entirely useless. You may now have a pretty good idea of how to solve the problem; you might want to search for C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msgsc.dll and remove some of those keys (but with caution of course; always make a backup first - but I'm sure you know that
