OE uses (like Mozilla) a system which interprets your message for replies, it seems OE doesn't do this very well :/ It doesn't have to be HTML for that. In fact with HTML you won't get this 'bug'. That's because HTML has his own encoding. And I guess this is the cause of this bug. Normaly if a mail hasn't an encoding specified, the default is used. But it seems that OE does something wrong with this and thinks that the emails are "quoted-printable" for some reason. A typical message like that should have this header: Content-transfer-encoding: quoted-printable. But the mails recieved from the board don't have this header, so... strange...
maybe if this header is added to the mails, it will work: Content-transfer-encoding: 8bit
Blah...well... I'll can't explain it good in english... so...never mind this if it doesn't make sense. But I think it has todo something with this...
