1) in the readme in that zipfile you're talking about plus v2.57.72....
That doesn't exist... it is v2.52.72.... Anyways, that isn't the latest version either.. The latest is v2.54.74....
2) And your translation is far from updated.
Just updating CompatibilityLevel to 2074 doesn't update your translation. That isn't the purpose of CompatibilityLevel. the figure there should reflect the latest version of plus! you can use with your translation. And I compared your current translation to some versions The best I can come up with is 2042, which is very very old
There are many many changes in Plus! since the version you have...
Download and install the latest Plus! (2.54.74) then I suggest you compare your translation with
DefaultLg.dat in the resources directory by using Choli's
Translator or by comparing it manually...
(if you're going to use Choli's Translator then first save your current translation as an ANSI-file, not as UNICODE, as it doesn't use unicode characters anyway and the Translator has some problems with unicode files.)
3) Also, please DO NOT put mirror sites into the translation:
