1) by "With Plugins" i mean like just initiate it, not do the entire thing, like InfoPen but as a DLL and no outlook stuff
2) it wont jump to 25 mb, thats all the custom outlook stuff. MSN Messenger is simpiler, since the handwriting features are built in, they just need to be brought out.
