I'll be happy to design a PHP and MySQL backend for the site with full adminitration scripts. http://atws.mindpowerinteractive.com/ currently runs an old CMS i designed, basically, the page navigation is generated by the scripts depending on the pages that exist in the control panel. The menu also folds out the further you go in. (Please note i only designed the shell of the layout. the rest is the site owners stuff (crappy)).
