But when you use the [url] tag, it already gives you the choice of setting your own link and it wouldn't be a good idea to somehow add a new parametes to it.
It's much easier to make the thread/post tags. I mean, technically.
Btw, it's not very safe to read titles from other sites that might contain any weird character messing it up and opening security holes.
