Handwriting Plugin is not compatible with Windows Millennium Edition. It can be used only with Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003 and their successors

You need to uninstall the plugin: shut Messenger down, go to \Program Files\Messenger Plus! 2\Plugins and delete MsnHandwriting.dll
