O.P. Resetting Plus!
I don't know whether this is a bug or a limitation.

After I signed in, I had 2 messages in my inbox. Then I reset Plus!'s preferences, and it said, "No new e-mail messages."
Registered 7849 days, 20 hours, 36 minutes, 41 seconds ago.
