Choose 2 in the list, and uncheck the box that automatically lets all custom emoticons show. Then, add the ones you'd like in the second page by clicking on them in the list below, and selecting Add.
Then, choose number 3 in the list, and add the ones you'd like there by clicking on them in the list, and selecting add. You can also do this for the fourth and fifth page
