That's something else you describe there then what you describes above. But anyways, Messenger Plus!' changes your status nicely after X minutes of being idle. I realy don't see what's the problem is
Of course you need to set up your personalised status you like wish in the right way. This means:
* did you uncheck the Messenger-idle-indicator?
* did you check the Messenger Plus!-idle-indicator?
* did you set the correct Messenger status that you like in your personalised status? Non-Plus! users will see this instead of the status-tag "working".
* did you set the correct status-tag that you like for Plus! users to see in your personalised status? (thus "working")
There is nothing irritating about it, if you set it up properly...
Of course, if you set your the status of what Messenger is going to use to "BRB" and you don't fill in a status-tag (for Plus! users too see), then everybody will se "BRB" if you are in a "idling"-state...
Note that "status internal identifier" is just a name your give to the personalised status. It isn't the same as the "status-tag", which is the actual thing that Plus!-users will see instead of the Messenger-status.
