First of all, I must congratulate the people (Guido?) who created the new look... very nice and fresh ... and I love the matching-theme with the msgplus-site, it's like only now that we are 1 big site/forum ...

I fully agree with this. The current blue/white realy hurts my eyes and the reading of a thread isn't as "fluent" as with the classic theme because the contrast is way too big between the blue and white. Before I saw this thread I already wanted to suggest what Choli suggested.
tbh, if it isn't going to be changed, I'm going to switch back to "classic". I know it sounds harsh, and I know how much work it took, but hey, you asked for opinions...

Also, another reason (although this could be seen as being picky). Some emoticons have some white pixels around them when you view them on the blue. Since I noticed it, I can't keep my eyes of it, so it's rather annoying
