Won't they refer to MsgPlus2 ? (those created before the release of Plus3)
If u wanna delete plus!2 folder (not REGISTRY) and u get a warning that a certain dll is still in use (prolly a plugin dll) when u try to delete (keep messenger and plus running whilst trying that), write down the name of that dll..make sure its in the correct folder under plus!3 (if not there already copy it there)... and register it in the plus!3 folder (example: Start > run > type in: RegSvr32 "c:\program files\messenger plus! 3\plugins\MSSpeechForMSGPlus.dll" ) close down messenger completely then restart and try delete plus!2 folder again...repeat all those steps i described untill u can remove Plus!2 folder withouth any warnings
If all's correct new plugins should install into plus!3 folder.
Use a regcleaner to clean up ur registry
a good one can be found here:
http://www.tweaknow.com/RegCleaner.html
Edit: I know it doesnt change that its still named MsgPlus!2 in the registry but it saves u some space on ur HD (folder and subfolders wont be deleted if one or more files are still in use )
