Tomorrow I'm going to add /xexita, It'll exit all instances of MSN Messenger. CookieRevised was being dodgy on IRC and started giving me a large list of features and stuff, I'll maybe do what he said IF I'm in a good mood

I don't really feel the /xexita command should have one to restart too, since if you have more than one instance, I don't know how many were already open, and if only one is opened, surely you need to go start more manually, which means you could just start them all manually.
