Plus > preferences > POP3 e-mail
check "enable POP3 e-mailchecker"
e-mail: ur pop3 e-mailadress
server: pop.<name of e-mailprovider>
login: ur loginname Password: ur password to get ur e-mail
e-mailclient or link: browse to the exe of ur mailprogram, select it an click ok
all these settings can be found in ur e-mailprog (accountsettings)
after ur done click "apply", then "ok"
