every host will either cancel your account or charge you more if you do like multiple TB's a month.... because the host needs to pay those TB's

For multiple domain parking/sub domains. I reccomend
http://freedns.afraid.org/ I've been using it for about 2 years now. You can add your own domains to their DNS and they will give you a free DNS service including unlimited subdomains. Note that they do not host, you will have to redirect your sites and email to another provider.
