RE: Quote Glitch
uh, spot the difference between the quick quote and normal quote. quick quote needs the quick reply box, which doesn't appear in locked threads. I think the logic is that it's not excessive hassle to press the quote button and find it's locked, but you might end up writing a long post in the quick reply box without realising it was locked. besides, the report button would look lonely with no other buttons to accompany it
