RE: Messenger Pop Up?
Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in services.msc then press enter
Find Messenger and right click it and select Properties
Click on the Stop Button
then choose Startup Type: and select Disabled.
The Messenger Service is incharge of displaying Messages on Local Area Networks, it was exploited and used for Advertisements.
If you stop the service you will no longer be able to recieve Net Send messages.
