I don't know anyway of doing that in real time, however note that internet radio stations have high delay time. I mean, from when you start a song to when I start hearing it, it may take 1 or 2 minutes; so doing it in real time isn't very important. You may want to do a simple "/nick (!WAT)" from time to time and that would be good.
