Connected @ blahblahblah bps..

Is it good to be connected at a 32,000 bps connection? Okay well let me get to the point. I usually get a 32,000-35,000 connection to my ISP. Well today I am only getting a 19,200 bps connection. I dunno why, but can it be possible that it's storming in the county were I have my connection from? It has been rainin there off and on all day.... :undecided:
