My advise is
not to use the Nega Patch... It will swap the "online" and "offline" status, which is a very dodgy way of letting you sign in "offline"...
By doing this, it *beeps* up the whole sing-out/in procces that other addons/plugins like Hopper are using...
So, the problem isn't Hopper (or any other addon/plugin) but the Nega Patch....
To let you sign-in offline, you can use other (and better) methods which doesn't alter the statusses:

(so, undo the signin offline patch by Nega, and use another and better method)
