Note: The location of the Hosts file may vary, and some computers may not have this file. 4. Verify that "Look in" is set to "Local Hard Drives" or to (C.

5. Do one of the following:
* Windows NT/2000/XP. Skip to step h.
* Windows 95/98/Me. Proceed with step f.
6. Navigate to the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
RunServices
7. In the right pane, delete the value:
"Windows Video Driver" = "videons32.exe"
8. Exit the Registry Editor.
