RE: record music...
If you use XP this is the method, in other Windows version's its similar...
Start > All Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Volume Control > Options > Properties > Recording > Tick the boxes you wish to record, when you are done click OK. Now Adobe audition should record all the web audio. Also Windows Sound Recorder will for sure after that.
