RE: downloading msn
Kimmy, go to Start > Run > Control Panel (If you can see it on upper left hand click on Switch to Classic View if not then just ignore this bit) Internet Options then click on the Security tab, then click on Internet...and tell us the internet Security level, if its on High it has been known to cause problems with ActiveX...move it down one level at a time, click apply then try to download MSN Messenger keep moving it down and clicking apply until it works, when it does click OK. If none of them work move the bar to Medium and then click OK.
