Well without any useful information about your computer there isn't really much I can do except the usual stuff, uninstall all unused applications and run a defragmentation of your hard drive...Also you could have at least given us the specs of your computer...

Nope. Its T&T you can speak whatever. You are supposed to speak in English and whatever language you are translating about in the translation section...
