i tested in all three browsers
firefox: cuts off writing entirely but u can scroll
opera: cuts off half of writing and u cant scroll
ie: cuts off half of writing and u cant scroll
in ie tough if u search for timeline which is at the bottom of the sig it finds it and scrolls the sig down but thats just me being fussy
