Do this:
  • Shutdown MSN completely.
  • Click on "Start" and then "Run...".
  • Type "control userpasswords2" and press "OK".
  • Then click the tab "Advanced" and click "Manage Passwords".
  • Now select the accounts that you want to delete and click "Remove"

If you start MSN again after that you should notice that they do not show up in the signin list anymore.
Finish the problem
