What Gramasoft is doing is TOTALLY illegal. Well at least in Australia, but i think we share international copyright laws.
Patchou's "Messenger Plus!" was an original concept, and by law, Patchou has the legal right to that concept. It doesnt have to have the little (c)

symbol to make it copyrighted, as this imposed by default.
You could easily prove GRAMASOFT to be in breach of copyright.

I have sent complaints to CNet and ZDNet (same thing???) alerting them to the issue, and suggesting the file be removed.

Any idea what country GRAMASOFT is based in?
