What do you mean with "memory bugged"? Oh, that's not memory, it's hard disk space. I didn't understand your problem, but if you are using Windows ME, remember that System Restore takes some space.

Well, there's not too much difference between ME and 98 if we talk about stability... Between those, I prefer ME, but it just depends on how each one work on your PC and the quality of the drivers for each one (you can't expect stability with crappy drivers
