Yes, votes from staff should be worth more.		2	6.25%
Yes, but it should be like this: Staff/Elites = 2 points, everyone else = 1 point		18	56.25%
No, everyone should have equal voting power.		12	37.5%
Total:		32 votes	100%

if this is the most voted option, I'd like that the votes aren't 3 times more significat (like in the previous system). No more than 2 times.
