1) Go to hotmail.com type in whateveremailyouwant@msn.com and a bogus (wrong/made up) password.

You should see something like:
Type your .NET Passport sign-in e-mail address and password correctly. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive.

If you still can’t sign in:

   
• Register with .NET Passport, if you haven't already.
• Create a new password, if you can't remember it.

2) Click on Register with .NET Passport
3) Fill in all the info as if you were registering a normal @hotmail.com account.

There we go!
