Ok basically, using a POP3 email you can login to your inbox and retrive your mail. it can only connect to POP3 emails which means you cant login to Gmail or hotmail. but most other emails you can. you need to have the server and the mail sending server (only if you want to send mails). umm you put in all your info then click on the tray icon bottom right and hit connect.
