EDIT: ok, now NO new skin i add works properly....i install it, goto full view then try skin view (and try selecting it manually in skin view) but still goes to 'corporate'

figured out why this was happening. any one else who has or may have this in the future u just right click the skin file pres properties and it says :
'this file came from another computer and may be locked.....blah blah' click unlock and apply

reinstall the skin into WMP and it works
