O.P. RE: Restricting Plug-in Access

I just researched the registy and found the same stuff as i typed before under HKEY_CURRENT_USER. So i must of been looking @ my own account. O well Back to the drawing board.
Is there anyway 2 find out the ID code of an account?

2 answer 2 the question about y i want it disabled is because i dont want her 2 be able 2 use the Big Display Pic option.
