Well Here is what the problem is.
For the last few days or so, i can't sign into MSN Messenger, Windows Messenger, nor MSN Explorer. I can sign into anything else like Msn2go or something. Im running Windows XP pro. MSN Messenger 7, [yes even with 6.2 it wasn't working] . When I try to connect this is what it gives me.

Hope you guys can help me out with this.
I also tried reparing it, completely removing it and re-installing it. I have done a virus scan 3 times, none showed up.
