the contact persoon will be warnd(max 4. warnings)
The contact persoon see this
Warning 1 of 3
By 3 you will be blocked
Reason:

if the user typt
/xdewarn(-1 to 3)
-1to 3  waring
contact will see this
You got  (number)warning(s) less
You have now (warnings)

and this command
/xremovewarnings
remove all warnings
and displays this:
All Warnings are Removed
You have no warnings now

All warning must be saved in a text file or in the register!
