i find frontpage just too....... microsoft-ish :refuck: :P
Blah! I find I use Notepad more than anything to edit my webpages. Its fast to load, and has all the features I need :)

Actually Dreamweaver is the way to go if you are starting out. Its easy to use, and has a plethora of features. Be sure to look at the code often, as its important to be able to know what everything does. Dreamweaver isn't flawless, so there may be times when you need a quick tweak of the code. :)

Im not just 'starting out', but I still use Dreamweaver. I actually never use the WYSIWYG part, I find it much harder than handcoding it. :P

I find that post offensive. If you use notepad, then you should seriously rethink your skills.
At least use a text editor with bleeding syntax highlighting.
I am the one responsible for the development of the RPG Integration Hack for vBulletin, and I use DW to do all my coding. It doesnt add any ease to the job, apart from syntax highlighting, and the extension I built in to have the entire php.net manual in there.

Unless you hit "Create a website", Dreamweaver is just Notepad with syntax highlighting. You can make your coding job just as easy or as hard even if you use DW, so I kindfully ask you all to LAY THE FECK OFF saying that using DW automatically means your a n00b.

If you use Notepad, its your own bloody problem, but dont think your 1337 just cos you are still stuck in the stone age.
