RE: what is the best webpage builder?
My list was in order of usefulness! Dreamweaver in combination with other MX products (like Fireworks and HomeSite) owns all ass if you don't know f*** all about webpage code, and since it's got syntax highlighting in the coder section if you do, it's a really good all around tool. Web builders suck IMO because they don't offer the same features, and the parsing on some of them suck, making the pages only readable in IE.
