You can do that by editing the registry settings. The coordinates are store in the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Patchou\MsgPlus2\<MSN_SIGNIN_EMAIL>\Contacts\CtcDetach\<CONTACT_EMAIL>\WndRect
