I think you said about extract a dll from that package, just work for English. But my method is install the newest Tablet PC 2005 Recognizer Pack (released 2004/10/14, very hot!). Why I say this because I had tried the older version and it refused to install on non-TabletPC. So extract the needed dll from that old pack is a tricky way. But the newest version can be install directly, never any tricky, and all languages just work. At least my Traditional Chinese recognizer works on Traditional Chinese MSN Messenger without any problem.
