Ok well
check the plugins folder in the MSG Plus like the way I said above (My Computer>Drive (C normally)>Messenger Plus (what ever Number Plus)>Plugins) check the folder Matrix sounds see if there is any audio files in there if there is then see if you have the plugin checked off (The Matrix sounds) in the plus plugin panel to get there Go on Msn>Plus!>Prefrences>Plugins. Hope this works if there isn't any files in there try and uninstall and reinstall. thats the only thing I can think off sorry.
