O.P. Well i made a site on freewebs and i want to make a forum.. please help

So i just got freewebs and i want to make a forum.. I have zero experiance in Websites and forums and i would like some help..

I want to have any easy to use forum.

I really like the Bboard but its to complicated for me and i would like some help... I greatly appreciate anyone who would help me.
(If i appreciate you it means +1)
