Not possible atm. But there are alternatives:

/away <Away Message>
or
/naway <Name Tag>

Thus not a combination of both. But you can make a Quicktext with both commands:
Quicktext alias: /doit
Quicktext:
/away Hi, I'm currently away
#/naway Very Busy

But this is rather useless as you could define your own predefined statusses and then use the following command to switch to them:
/persostat  <predefined personal status number, "1" to "20">
