i have just got off the phone to my isp's broadband support line. according to their technicians http://www.messengerdiscovery.com and http://tabserve.msnfanatic.comDO NOT EXIST it is that simple. however they did say that if you guys who claim to have access to these sites can give me the ip address associated with these sites then they can investigate this problem much further.
