That's not very much for a phone. Phones range in price, but IMHO your phone isn't all that advanced

Standard phone (no cam) $150-300 (no contract)
Camera phone $250 - 700 (no contract)
PDA/ Blackberry phone $500-1500 (no contract)

BTW, you look at http://www.nokiausa.com/phones/ you can see that the 3560 is actually one of the older Nokia models.
