, thought they only ignored the international prefix... Anyway, I'm pretty sure they couldn't do that in any other way. Prolly some countries only have 7-digit phone numbers, and when you store one it doesn't matter if you add the prefix or if you don't, so there's no other way to do that and have it working all over the world. Do other brands solve it? In that case there could be some conflicts when the phone number has the prefix attached, imo.
