yep...
In fact using the BCC field, like he did, shows a proper and nice use of netiquette. It makes sure that the invited people don't have each others emailaddress. This is good for privacy reasons and also for one important thing: spammers and virusses!
If someone on that list was infected by a virus which gathers emailaddresses to send spam and all the addresses were in the TO or CC field, then in no time everybody on that list would be beginning to recieve spam from that infected person and risk being infected (if they open and execute the infected attachement).
^^ this scenario is actually one of the biggest reasons why spamvirusses and trojans are spreading so fast......
moral: if you want to send something to a bunch of people, use the BCC field....
