Get an iPod from HP.

Apples warranty on their iPods is 3 months and you can only call in for tech support once after that they will bill you for support. The iPod from HP has a 1 year manufacturers warranty. 24/7 Technical support at 1-888-474-6836, 1 year return to depot. (Meaning they will repair it for a year). A 1 year extended warranty for 59.99 covers the same above for an extra year.

Out Of Warranty - $99 Battery replacement then the new battery is covered for 90days.

$250 Misuse and Abuse cost - where you drop it you pay that amount for a new one.

All info is taken from HP.com and other sources :)

HP iPods are only sold in the US and Canada, if you live outside of Canada or the Continental US you need to send your iPod to someone in Canada or Continental US for servicing
