In reality, the answer to this question is YES. The reason being that no matter how hard we try, EVERY program has a bug in some form or another. On average, 1 new bug is discovered in software every 6 hours, sometimes its every 6 minutes, sometimes its every 6 seconds.
New bugs are always found. But as long as you keep up to date, you'll be fine .
